At the bottom of the Tool Palettes TITLEBAR is a Properties Box. Click on that and select the RENAME option. Rename the VISUAL STYLES portion of the current name (before the hyphen) to TOOL PALETTES. The portion after the hyphen changes automatically when you select a saved palette.
