Help require to make P&ID Standard sheet template?

Hello,
We want to make standard drawing template to used by our clients. in order to remove erros we want to make it according to ANSI/Isa standards,

1- Tiltle Bar spacing
2- BOM and BOQ placement
3- Layer and Line type standard for different equipment
any sugession
