Scanto Either DWG/DWF/DWX Converter

Hello,
Dear All,
Could you help us which Scan to ( pdf format/jpg) dwg/dwf/Dwx software is better.
We had used Scan2Cad, and Aide pdf to DWX. Their results are 50% . is there any software having 100% result.

One of the easier programs I have found to use is
PDF 2 DXF 2.0 by cadkas

What type of file are you starting with, and what do you want it to be. You need to be a little more specific...
