Default begginer in Autodesk Land needs help please

Hello to all,

I am a beggining CAD student and we have this project in georeferencing and digitizing a topo map. I've read that you can also use Autodesk Survey and Map3D for the said purpose. What is best to use? AutoDesk Land, Survey, or Map3D? Can autoCAD LT be used for the same purpose?

Also, I'd appreciate tips for georeferencing and automated plotting of technical descriptions. Georefencing is a tricky subject and despite the helpful tutorials, I can't still get the hang of it.

Thank you guys.
