Default Block Editor

Hi,
I want to edit a block inside a drawing and when editing the block I want to have view of rest of the drawing as I want to locate parts of the block relative to rest of the drawing. As it is difficult to edit the block in my case if rest of the drawing is not seen.
Regards.

Hi Beauregard,

With setting BLOCKEDITLOCK to either 0 or 1 you will get different block editor, like option 1 gives a lockeditor that shows surroundings as well.

You can also right click on the selected block which you want to edit and select Edit Block in-place or run REFEDIT command.

Keep in mind that if you edit a dynamic block this way, it will become a standard block.

Regards.
