How to converte PDF to DWG?

I received a PDF file, how can I convert it into AutoCAD drawing format so that I can do some changes on it?

I purchased a PDF to DWG software from DWG Converter, AutoDWG, and you can download it from http://www.autodwg.com/download/PDF2DWG-SA.exe, it's free to trail.

I went out to the web and did a search for PDF to DWG and downloaded a free utility to do this for me. It turned the PDF into a bunch of lines but this worked....
