How To Create 3d Dwg

hello guys!!!!!

I am using AUTOCAD 2002, i need u all to ...give some advice and quick tips....to create a 2D plans to 3D dwg...actually i am junior landscape
designer....it will help me to produce kindda pespective view (aerial view)for overall landscape plan design....normally i am doing manual dwg but its quite...complicated..when it comes to angle....seems nowdays we have AUTOCAD ...as a tools for drawing....i need ur advice to help my presentation drawing....makes better....
