Default mtext button

Just type MTEXT on the command line, the mtext window will open after promting for placement.

If you right click on any of the toolbars at the bottom of the pop up menu you will see customize, in the box under the commands tab, go to draw, then scroll through the commands on the right, when you get to Multiline Text put your cursor on it left click and drag the new icon out on to your screen.
