Default Modify Block

Hi,
I want to modify an single block without affecting other blocks, when I change the instance of the block it changes all of them. How should this be acheived? How to select a single instance of a block with out effecting other blocks?
Thanks in advance.

Take the single instance of your block aside (explode) the create a new block of it with a modified name i.e. if it was "blockx" reblock it as "blockx1" this way you know it to be your modified block instance. then you can modify this single block with out changing the others and place it back in it proper location.
