Default Is there anyway to rotate a surface? HELP!!!

Is there an easy way to rotate a surface. I created my surface from my bases of bearings but need it at a different bearing. Its only a minute off but is there anything I can do so I don't have to start from scratch?

Type dview at the command prompt. Hit enter at the next window and type in tw for twist at the next. Then enter the degrees of rotation at the next window. This doesn't rotate the drawing but actually rotates the world so to speak so that all your points and coordinates remain the same. It's a good idea to use named views and create one for true north before you do this and another for the view after it's been twisted.
