Transfer from Express toolbar to Toolbar?

I'd like to put the "Move / Copy / Rotate" express button on a toolbar in the Acad menu - like an existing toolbar I made. Possible? It doesn't seem so. Am I missing something?

You can do this by right clicking, customize, then in the bottom left is the command list, in the pull down menu select EXPRESS Commands, and find the one you want, then above this find the toolbar you want to put this on and drag and drop it.
