Analysis/Advancemeshingtools => creat my own quality criteria

Hi
I'm looking desperatly to creat my own quality criteria( like Taper, Skewangle, minlength, maxlength, jacobian and so on, for the workbench
Analysis/advance meshing Tools .

I'm using V5R16SP4

I don't even know if this is possible with tools like CAA Rade tools or C++,

Any information or tips would be appreciate
