Default Design Logs

I want to have a design log so that I can keep track of the "what, when, why, and how" for each drawing. I would like to have the list kept within
the catia drawing. Is there a way to do this?

Not sure how, thinking:
A non printable drawing sheet containing notes is my first choice
A script that compiles design notes to a linked file
Add something within the document properties and generate lists.

Any sugggestions? What does catia allow?

I like your first idea!

But instead of placing the log notes on a different sheet, how about placing them on the same sheet but outside of the drawing border?

Yes, I could do that, however, it wouldn't be professional to do so.
An extra sheet would be perfect if I can figure out how to keep it
out of my multipage pdf.

An extra sheet could have a template.
