Default Baseline dimensioning

Hi,
If I dimension the left side of a part I get the proper baseline by picking the bottom vertical line first, then horizontal lines as needed. If I dim the right side it doesn't work. This happens on every part I try. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
You can get what you want by placing your mouse on the bottom member of the set and then RMB->'Make Origin'. You can do this during forward creation or after the dimension has been placed. Hope this solves your problem.
Cheers!
