Default Catia and Inventor

Can some one help me?

I have catia files, CatPart and i want to open them in Inventor. How do i have to do that? (I dont have catia)

unless you have about $4000 US lying around, I haven't been able to find anything but I will give you the places I was able to find anyway.

Default Catia plug-in for Inventor

TransMagic has a range of plug-ins for Inventor that allows you to read/write Catia, UG, ProE etc. Check this out on their site AutoCAD, CAD Software, 3D Models Translation-SolidWorks,Catia,Unigraphics,Pro Engineer

Awesome product. It also has great healing facilities.

you post your files and 24 hours (office time) they send the translated files
you must log in for the translation services
0-25 MB = 100$
26-50 MB = 250$

If you save your Catia v5 part and product files as .igs, then Inventor can open them up. Its a crude way of doing it, but it works.
