Default Centering of Dimension Text

Hi,
When you change the size of the part and update the drawing the dimensions which used to be in center does not remain the same. I even tried to change the registry settings but still could not solve the problem.
Any suggestions.

If you are using R10 this has become a document setting:
Tools -> Document Settings -> Tab Drawing ->"Dimension Text Alignment" = "View Position and Maintain Centered"
