Default Creating a tangent of circles?

Hi,
I can't find how to create a circle off two tangent circles. This is a very basic geometic function, am I missing something?
Thanks

Just create a circle and then constrain it tangent to your other circles. Inventor is NOT AutoCAD. Forget everything you know about drawing with ACAD. Sketch in your geometry in the basic shape and location you want and then constrain and dimension the geometry to lock it into position. Use geometric contraints as much as you can and then apply dimensions.
