Error message when exporting BOM

When I am trying to export BOM to an excel file and I get this massage - "Couldn't open database--Exception: Unable to create file" and I get the same message if I try to export to engineers note pad. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what is causing it. Any suggestions would be great.

Would you pack & go your assembly to move other location (like "c:\temp") and see if it works? Some times BOM export fails when your target file path is long (more than 59 chars). Hope this helps.
