Importing Inventor Files in 3ds MAX Design 2010

Hi, Guys,

I am trying to import Inventor assembly files in 3ds Max design 2010 but it gives error. I have Installed Inventor & max both on my machine but still it gives error that:

The Inventor File could not be opened for import. Tyr opening the filed in inventor to see what is wrong. The last version of Inventor.exe that was opened is what is used for the importer. Make sure you are using hte correct version or a newer one.

I have both 2010 version.
Kindly suggest.
