"Inventor 10" text problems

Need your help please !!

In dwg mode I am not able to insert text of any form; label, note, text details with the cotation nothing. I open a dialog box, type the text but nothing appears on the sheet.

This is a well known conflict between Microsoft Hotfix KB918118 and Autodesk Inventor. You can either delete the Hotfix or download Autodesk's hotfix ts1069046_r10 from here;
