Question inventor 11 pro pipe tutorials

Has anyone got any easy to understand and follow tutorials for inventor 11 pro pie. Basic step by step from pipe selection to making a run using existing geometry in an assembly.
Any help appreciated.

I am wondering is it possible to send me too some tutorials for Pipeing in Inventor 11...
