Resize Tag symbol?

Is there a way to change or scale the tag symbol to make it smaller or bigger?

Are you speaking of a revision tag? If so, not explicitly. I believe the size of the tag is relative to the text height (as specified in the text style). You can create custom, user-defined symbols which can be inserted from the Symbols button on the annotation tool bar, and these can be scaled as required.
