Default Suppressing constaints in a large assembly

I want to suppress constraint in a large assemblies that I have, as I feel it would increase the speed of assembly. Any suggestions?

In the assembly browser you can find a drop down list that normally says "Assembly view".
Change this to "Modeling view", then expand the Constraints folder in the browser. SHIFT + select all your constraints and use the "Suppress" context menu.
