Volume/Distance commands?

How do I find volume and find a 3D distance on a solid in inventor 9/10 (i don't think it matters much).

:-) For volume: File > iProperties, Physical and Update to get volume.

:-) For distance you could use: Tools > Measure. You can pick edges, faces, etc. to measure. You can also measure the length of a sketch.
