Default help installing schools edition wildfire 4

I am currently doing my accrediation to teach pro desktop and pro engineer (im a student D&T teacher), but i cant install ProEng on my laptop.

It install fine but at the end comes up with a warning it could not install custom directory.

when I click on the ProE icon it wont load up.

I have tried deleting pro desktop and used a different copy of proE. the license file has been generated after registering with ptc but no luck..

I tried changing the compatability mode but still nothing.

Im running windows xp with service pack 3.

Anybody had this issue or knw how to solve it?
