Default how to family table sheetmetal flat state

We have just switched to Wildfire 2.0 from 2001. We have a lot of sheetmetal parts that are the same shape just different lengths and different hole patterns so we put them in family tables. Then create seperate drawings for each instance. In 2001 you could create a flat state for each instance but Wildfire won't let me create more than one just for the generic. anybody know away around it?

Thanks.

p.s. Where did select by menu go? That is our main assembly tool.

You can have as any number of flats and instances. See file link below.

Select by menu: To select by menu go to edit->select->prefererces then turn off preselect highlighting then use right mouse like in 2001.
