Default Interference Check in Wildfire 3.0

I just upgraded to Wildfire 3.0. Whenever I do an interference check option pairs clearance it detects interference but is very tough to find out the region of interference. The result shows some value of interference and the clearance value=0.00. whats that? it was much easier to use this option in Pro/E 2001and the results very accurate and clear and it was easily identifiable by red color. Here in Wildfire 3.0 its very confusing even in small assemblies. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
