Smile light positioning / setting tutorial

Hi! my name is Lorenzo and I'm an italian mechanical engineer.
I'm writing here because I'd like to know if it's possible to find some tutorials about photorendering with wildfire. On line I've found the "advanced rendering techniques" by PTC. It's an introductive tutorial. What I'm looking for is a specialized tutorial focused on the light setting (best positioning respect the object, description of the best setting color lights respect reflective or matte surfeces, and so on). I tried by myself to experiment some light displacement and special effects, but with a waste of time before obtaining the requested result.
I tried to look for it on line, but I did not find.
thank you very much for your attention.

sincerely, Lorenzo Corsi.
