Could anyone tell me where to get Pro-E models of MIL-DTL-38999 Connectors? Thanks

Try www.ittcannon.com, they have iges , parasoild and dxf models. There is not much chance that suppliers will provide the native cad file format.

Try also http://www.hypertronics.com/circular.html, you need to register for free, but have access to 3d files.
