Default some little help

Hello guys, I am a new user of ProE.
I´m not an expert. I would like to have some confidence with this nice software.
I did some tutorial but I did not find anything to understand the use of the sweep: I mean, at the present, I would to build some screw. But I have some problem with the thread.
Can Someone explain me what I have to do......? please!

Thanks a lot.

Sbiri
