Default Note with multiple leader?

Can anybody help me to create a note with multiple leader? As in one note, pointing to maybe 3 or 4 areas of a drawing?
Thanks in advance

Default Multiple Leaders

When you create your note, hold down the Ctrl key and select multiple entities.

If you have an existing note, right click and select EDIT ATTACHMENT - ADD REF.
