Pro/E Wildfire 3 not recognising my tree.cfg file

I have set up a tree.cfg file but it has been recognised by my PC as an Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration File and therefore isn't being recognised by Pro/E.

Any help on how I can sort this problem would be great.
