Select by menu feature

Hi I just shifted to Pro-E Wildfire3.0 from Pro-E 2001. In assembly mode there was an interesting feature named "Select By Menu" in the menu manager. But I didnt find anything of this type in the latest version. Any comments?

The select by menu feature was removed in Wildfire. You can use the search tool now for this. The search tool can be activated by picking the icon showing the binoculars.

Not sure if this answers your question, but you can change back to the old way of selection, go to Edit > Select > Preferences and untick the Preselection Highlighting. This will change it back to the same as version 2001.

It's probably better to adapt to the newer method however.
