Default Unbend a sheet metal?

I have made a sheet metal sheet by using a variable section sweep. One of the trajectory is an arc of constant radius and the other is an arc of variable radius (spiral). I am unable to unbend such sheet.

Hi,
In sheet metal you can make any type of geometry, but not all are unbendable. Once you twist geometry in 2 directions, it will not generally unbend. Think of it this way, since three points define a plane, then if your part does not meet this condition for any part of the geometry, it will not unbend through this geometry. You have to design your part with this intent.
