export from Rhino to Gmax

Hi,

i use Rhino 3D, but i need to export the model to import in Gmax or 3D Studiomax, because i use a Script to generate CNC files.

this script work with shape.. in rhino a try to esxport in dxf, in 3DS but
convert all in mesh.

can you help me???
