you just want to know how to do the displacement with a map like they did there? or what?

Maybe mention which part you want to know how to do.

im guessing you mean the texture on the surface all i can say is i bet someone took a lot of time lofting a lot of little curves to do that. the drape command might be of some help if you have the texture in 3d and just want to make a surface over it
