problem slow saving prosses

hi,
my name is michel and i have a problem.
when i wont to save a file in the solid edge v19 it will take the computer about 10 minets.
and it is not a hardwear problem becuse i have a very good computer i buy it special for 3d
sketching .

what can it be beside this????? it is very urgent.
