3D AutoCAD to SolidWorks Part

Hey there.

Recently i had a big problem, i was used to open 3d AutoCad in SolidWorks 2007 by simply selecting open ".dwg", import to new part and it opened in 3D solid body named as "Imported" but now with SolidWorks 2008 i try to do the same but it opens in a simple front plane sketch

please help me i have a lot of 3d AutoCAD for previous designer in mi work and i don't want to transfer each document line by line
