Attaching Leaders in Block Instances

I have been trying to set the positions of the tail of leader from a block instance, but still
have no idea how to do it, I would like to know if the leader of block instance can be attached to a component or entity so that the notes inside the block can read the attached objects property linked text...

You can set the tail of leader by adjusting the base point in the block before inserting one.
