Cost Of Solidworks Professional

I would like to know what are the cost of the Professional license. I would also like to know the cost of the Premium license. What did you pay per seat? How many seats did you buy? What was the cost for the subscription service agreement? Did you but the service agreement immediately or after 1 year?

Professional in the UK works out to cost £5500 then a maintance fee of £1250
