Freelance work

I have been a toolmaker SW tool designer for approx 24 yrs (11 designing) and I am starting to get into freelance work. I would be curious to hear from other Freelancer as far as work capacity, ETC. Also do you have any luck with freelance job site on the internet?

How good are you at selling yourself? Don't expect people to give you work or money. If you understand this you'll do fine.

The formula for success = 50% looking for work + 50% doing the work
