Default Inserting Assembly in 2008

I was able to insert an assembly into another larger assembly in SW2007, and was able to open a "property" box to bring in the assembly so that it was not fixed, and would move as the individual assembly. I was hoping to do this in SW2008, but can't find the "property" box.
I would appreciate any help on this.

Default Find assembly properties

Right click on the assembly in the Feature Manager tree. A small box should appear at the tip of your cursor with icons for open assembly, edit assembly, etc. The last icon to the right looks like a piece of paper with a hand. This will bring up the Component Properties box where you can set the properties such as rigid or flexible.
