Default Lofted Bends

Is it true that when using lofted bends SolidWorks does not apply a K factor to the bends, which means the flat development will be off and the formed part will not fit up correctly?

Default Lofted Bends

When you create a lofted bend, you get what you create. If your guide curve is to the inside, outside, or on the neutral axis will determine whether a K factor is added or not.
