Default Parts supplied by-?

In my drawings I need to show which vendor has supplied a part.
there might be 4 vendors options for that part ex: engineering firm, fabricator, customer, Any suggestions on the best way to achieve this

You can simply insert it in the notes area...or if you are using a BOM, you can have the details there also. there are many ways to do it, it may depend on your drawing styles and SW version... more info would be helpful..
