Default Smart subassemblies

Dear Friends,

I am a wood worker, and was wondering if it is possible to create smart subassemblies in Solid works? I was looking at doors for cabinets.
Doors come with left, and right stiles, top and bottom rails and a panel. I want to create a door subassemblie from these 5 parts then be able to put the door in a cabinet frame and have it fill up the opening in such a way that should the cabinet opening size change, ( height or width) the door will update to fit the new opening size, and still give out a correct cut list.

Thank you for your help,
Roland
