Solidworks body selection macro

I am new to Solidowrks API / VB and I'm looking for some help with a Solidworks macro which would prompt the user to select bodies within a multi-body part file by picking faces in the graphics window. The macro should create a 'selection set' of these chosen bodies for me to then further manipulate.

Any help or suggestions for resources (otherthan Solidowrks API Help file) would be approciated.
