Solidworks to Catia V5

Hi,
Having a problem when converting data from Solidworks to Catia V5.
This conserns a large assembly and using iges or step is not an alternativ becouse of it's effect of transforming assemblys to parts with dead surfaces & solids.
I would like to convert from solidworks to catia V5 and still maintaining the construktion information. The goal is to be able to continue construktion work in Catia V5.

We must have missed this thread because it wasn't located in the SolidWorks forum. However, what you need is a "Direct Translator" between SolidWorks and Catia. You can find them as an online ASP service or as stand-a-lone applications. Try looking here to start with:
