Soliworks Templates

Hi, When the rep set up our initial package he included auto dimensioning in the template. How do I turn this off?

Another problem is when I make a dxf, I turn off "display sheet format", which gives me a blank sheet. When I open the dxf in any other program, our company logo shows up. So every time I make a dxf, I open it with BOBCAD so the logo does not mess with our cnc table. How do I get rid of that?
