Mouse Usage in Graphics Window?

In NX2 I was able to manipulate the 3D model and drawing with the mouse buttons. I have loaded NX3 onto a Dell PC running Windows and I cannot figure out how to enable the mouse buttons for manipulating models or for the Apply and OK dialogs. Please help me!
