do any body know how to access on-line help file of UGNX. or if any body have webkey setting and can share it with me.
I will be very greatfull.

Your webkey is provided to you by UGS with your license. Ask your system admin. I they don't know you can get it from UGS but you have to provide your customer number.

Or, you can use your local help files. While in NX, go to Help->Documentation
